Creative Bioscience – 90 Day Challenge

Being young with two boys, I noticed that I could not lose extra weight like I thought I could. Having an 40 extra lbs makes me have a low self-esteem. I am married and I do a lot for my family being a stay home mom. Working out is not easy and I have not lost any weight from my second son. I drink tons of water and eat smaller portions. But being alone during this journey is hard. My husband works and kids don’t need to lose weight like I do. I know that what I eat is probably my problem. So I am deciding to make a change for the better.

I have decided to take the Creative Bioscience 90 day challenge. I am hoping this will help put a dent to get things started on my weight loss journey. I would like to be a decent weight by summer time to visit family in Florida. Walking, eating better, and taking good care of body is what I plan to do this year.
