I was a mystery shopper at a fast food restaurant and it was fun eating free and evaluating the restaurant and staff.
I love shopping even more with great customer service. Being a mystery shopper would give me a voice and help improve customer service.

I would feel like I had a real voice in the making of a company’s policies. Also, there are many employees who do great work and never get any praise. It would be fun to let the big bosses know how awesome they are.

besides the free stuff, i would love to be a mystery shopped to better stores…the small town i just moved to has terrible customer service in literally every store they have it’s ridiculous. i complain over and over again to the corporations, but nothing ever changes. perhaps if secret shoppers started to make the same complaints, they would actually do something to change things
Just the thrill of the hunt
to be able to go in and no one know who you are, to them you are just a shopper. To be able to voice your opinion on the store and make a difference.

I’ve actually done it before. I like it when employees are kind, friendly, and helpful. I don’t like giving bad reviews.
I do mystery shopping. I like that I can set my own hours.

I like that you can set your own hours, and it is cool to able to get paid to give feedback about your experience, which some people seem to gladly do for free, lol
I love giving companies feedback on their employees. Many times their hard work (or mistakes) might go unnoticed otherwise.
